In this time of pandemic, where we are spending a lot of hours at home, many of us have discovered BREAD, appreciating more everything it represents: tradition, knowledge, sacrifice. In short, BAKER trade.
Faced with the difficulty of obtaining the raw materials, the initiative arose to develop mixes, so that the consumer can make a fresh, traditional and quality homemade bread at home.

We work with the idea of making work as easy as possible, just add water, and the rest of ingredientes (yeast, dough, flour, etc.) are included in the mix.
The consumer can easily reproduce at home the complete baking process, kneading (either with Thermomix, mixer, hook mixer, grinder…), fermentation (cold, room temperature or fridge) and cooking in the home oven.
