Formula and elaboration process:

Suggestion for Biscuits:

Egg 750 g.
Water 150 g.

Suggestion for Irons:

Egg white 175 g.

Suggestion of the elaboration process:

Mix the ingredients in a blender at a rapid pace between 8 – 10 minutes. (The specific weight of the shake 280 – 360 gr / liter).

Cooking: Biscuit between 180-185ºC 25-30 minutes and plates at 270ºC between 3-6 minutes.
