Formula specially developed to obtain a product that stays fresher and tender for longer, with excellent flavor and flavored with orange blossom water.

Catesmix Special Roscon 50 5 Kg
Force Flour 5 Kg.
Water 5 Litros
Fresh yeast 300 g.

Suggestion of the elaboration process:

Knead until you get a thin and elastic dough. Mass temperature 26-28ºC.

Rest in block of 15 minutes. Divide the pieces, Form and paint with egg. Decorate and ferment at 30ºC with 80% humidity. Paint and bake without steam at 180-190ºC.
