Formula and elaboration process:

Ingredients Quantity
Catesmix Wholegrain Cake Mix   1 Kg
Sunflower Oil 0,350 Kg.
Water 0,250 Litros
Egg 0,225 kg.

Suggestion of the elaboration process:

Mix the ingredients with a whisk at medium speed for 7 minutes. Pour in the moulds (500 g each) and bake at 165ºC for 40 minutes.
