Formula and elaboration process:

Ingredients Quantity
Catesmix Chocolate Muffins  1000 g.
Eggs 320 g.
Water 300 g.
Oil 350 g.

Suggestion of the elaboration process:

Beat the Castesmix MUFFINS Chocolate, with the rest of the ingredients at a slow speed for 1 minute and at a fast speed for 8 minutes.

Place in molds and cook in an air oven at 180-190ºC for approximately 15 minutes.
