Intermediate preparations at 30% and 50% for making soy breads in an easy way.

We have products with different richness and variety of soy, which gives us a wide range of flavors and tones.

Catesmix Soy 30% 3 Kg
Flour bread 7 Kg.
Water 6 Litres
Fresh yeast 300 g.

Flour bread 5 Kg.
Water 6 Litres
Fresh yeast 300 g.

Suggestion of the elaboration process:

Knead until obtaining a fine and elastic mass (Temperature mass above 24ºC).

Divide and let stand for 15 minutes. Form the pieces. Ferment in cold room 30ºC 80% RH.

Steam cooking, oven temperature 210 -220ºC.
